San Francisco Workshop: your questions

Where in San Francisco do we shoot?

At the views, neighborhoods and waterfronts Diane knows best, chosen for great light and easy access. The full plan is sent when you book.

Why late in the year?

San Francisco is at its best for photography in the cooler months, with clearer air and softer light than the foggy summer.

Is it right for complete beginners?

Yes. We start from the basics with your own camera. If you already shoot in manual, you get one-on-one help on light and composition instead.

How much walking is involved?

Very little. We drive between locations and choose spots you can reach comfortably.

How much does the San Francisco workshop cost?

From $2,000 per person. Waitlist members hear about dates and pricing first.
